125 Great Cullings

Created by Douglas 4 years ago

 Dear Doug and family

We wish to extend our condolence on the passing of Albert; sometime in March I observed that there were no movements of his vehicles; and I went to visit Ronald the neighbour, to inquire about Albert he informed me that he was hospitalised and subsequently heard of his passing.

My wife and myself are saddened of the news, because I can recall on numerous occasions when living the house to catch the bus or attend a medical appointment at the surgery; he would literally invite either one of us for a lift to the entrance of Great Cullings , and along the way we often engaged in brief discussions.

I distinctly recall last year he was indicating that he tried planting tomatoes many times, but could never come to producing a fruit, however during our narrative, I assured him my first harvest he would have the privilege to have some; and he was rather pleased when the tomatoes was delivered to him, he was very grateful to receive them.

All in the neighbourhood admired his dedication to his vintage cars; the tender loving care showered on keeping his vehicles clean and “manicured”, as he often look at the jaguar admiringly upon completing his task.

There are no words that can bring comfort at this time, however we are assured that while Albert has gone to rest, he will be remembered during the resurrection as promised at John 5:28,29 ; Revelation21:3,4.

We pray that the entire family receive the strength and comfort at the difficult time.

Kind Regards

Primus and Cynthia. 125 Great Cullings
